Hundreds of moms, dads, & grandparents come out and lend a hand and enjoy themselves while earning PERKS! Workers get to shop the event FIRST, have a limited wait in line, and get the best deals that Kidz Klozet has to offer… saving families lots of CASH!

Remember, by working at least one shift you avoid the $15 nonworker fee. (Can’t work? Consider a Food Donation. The cost is mostly offset with sale gift cards!)

Extra percentages are on your first $1,000 in sales for ON SITE Shifts ONLY. Sales over $1,000 will be 70%. (50% for VIP)
Sort/double shifts only count for one person per consignor number. For example, if you and your husband help sort, you will count as 3 shifts and he as 1 shift.

Food Donations are now Bookable via our Online Software

You can earn early presale passes by bringing any of the following options (all meals should be enough for 10 people):

  • Shop the Presale Tuesday at 12:30 pm (Pass for you and 1 guest- Please no children under 10 unless infants attached to you and no strollers)
  • Shop the 1/2 Price Presale Friday at  6:30 pm (Pass for you and 1 guest- feel free to bring children & strollers)

We now offer Gift Cards to the 1/2 Price Presale to help offset the cost of your food donation!

Please Note: Food Donations DO NOT count towards volunteer hours.

Most Needed Shifts 

Feb. 15th, Saturday 10-2(Manual Labor Shift- Great for Dad’s)
Feb. 18th, Tuesday 3-10 pm
Feb. 19th, Wed. All Day
Feb. 22nd,  Saturday All Day

Other Important Reminders

  • Please arrive on time and stay your entire shift
  • Wear tennis shoes or similar. Please no flip flops/sandals for YOUR safety.
  • Please NO children under 10 ONLY 11-18 years IF they’re willing and able to help. Kids 16 & up who work can count as worker shifts.
  • If you have any health limitations (including pregnancy), contact us prior to your volunteer time so we can accommodate your needs.

Super Team Volunteers

Super Team Workers are workers who go above and beyond to make our sale a success. As a Super Team Workers, you get great perks and benefits.

Some of the Exciting Benefits Include:

  • An Exclusive Monday Night Pre-Shopping Experience. Want to get the absolute best items and be first to shop? Then this is for you!
  • Enjoy the first choice of Worker Shifts.
  • Get in Early to the Half-Price PreSale on Friday Night (6pm instead of 6:30)
  • And Of course you get the same perks as any 5 shift Worker: including 80% of your sales, $0 registration fee,  First to shop on Tuesday Afternoon

Requirements to become a Super Team Volunteer.

  • Work a total of 5 or more 4-hour ON- shifts (also remember some shifts count as double hours!)
  • Work either Wednesday Morning or Tuesday Night. (These are our busiest times, and with so many shoppers, we need our best Workers!)

Work Monday Night from 5- Midnight Is not a requirement to join the Super team, but a perk. You get the chance to sign up for Monday night first. Please note this is during your Exclusive Super Team Worker Pre-Shopping Experience. We will also be finishing up drop-off, stuffing grab bags, organizing and of course shopping!

If you would like to become a Super Team Worker, please send Kayley an email so she can add you to the list. Then go sign up for the shifts you desire. Just make sure to meet the requirements by signing up for 5 shifts and a Tuesday Night or Wednesday Morning shift.

No. Worker presale is ONLY for workers.

You may drop off your items before or after (NOT during) your shift.

  • Yes, you can bring a food if can be eaten easily with no mess.
  • Please bring food with you. You need to stay on site during your shift.
  • We also provide light meals and snacks for our volunteers.

  • Sorry, volunteers cannot bring children under 10 during their volunteer time.
  • We need volunteers to fulfill a variety of needs such as check-out, organization, assisting shoppers, etc and it is too difficult to do this effectively while caring for children.
